About William H. Holsinger

William H. “Will” Holsinger was born in San Francisco, raised and educated in the Bay Area. Except for a year in Washington, D.C. in the mid 70s as an aide to the late Congressman Leo J. Ryan (Dem., San Mateo), and one year in Southern California following his return, he has spent his adult life and legal career on the San Francisco Peninsula. He has been practicing law since 1979.

Will Holsinger received his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, San Francisco in 1978. He is a member of the California State Bar and the San Mateo County Bar Association. He has also participated in many professional and community-based organizations in his 40-year career.

His law practice has included a wide variety of practice areas, leading him to his present work as a general practitioner. He serves as personal legal counsel to individuals, professionals and businesses in the evaluation, prevention and resolution of legal risks and disputes. Will often describes himself as the legal equivalent of the family doctor.
